Our return policy is simple and straightforward.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange minus our actual freight and handling charges incurred on the original order.
The following conditions apply:
1. The product must be in a resalable condition, candles
unburned.
2. You MUST contact us for approval, before you ship your product back.
3. If the product is defective shipping is refunded as well.
4. If defective, you may choose between a refund, store credit or exchange.
5. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any other reason, the
product will be replaced or a store credit issued.
6. Your packing slip must be enclosed in the returned package.
7. You must return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In stock orders are shipped with 2 business days unless otherwise noted on the specific product description or a payment is delayed. Out of stock or back order purchases will be notified within 1 business day of the status of the order and be given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a FULL Refund. Some hand poured and custom products have a longer ship time as noted on their specific product descriptions.
